Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive quantum software development using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, OpenQASM)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum information science or related fields
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Track record of leading cross-disciplinary quantum projects
