Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures
- Develop quantum error correction algorithms for 2026-scale systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Research breakthrough qubit technologies (topological, photonic, etc.)
- Create quantum software frameworks for commercial applications
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and industry summits
- Drive quantum security protocols for 5G/6G infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Strong knowledge of cryogenic quantum computing systems
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Patents in quantum computing or adjacent fields preferred
