Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation
- Architect hybrid classical-quantum computing systems with 99.9% fidelity
- Lead quantum-resistant security protocol implementation for 2026-era threats
- Develop error correction models achieving < 10^-9 logical qubit error rates
- Collaborate with materials science teams to engineer novel qubit platforms
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually on quantum computing advancements
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization tools
- Experience with quantum annealing and D-Wave systems
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm and Grover's search implementation
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
