Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to maintain quantum coherence in large-scale systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and performance
- Create quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Document architectural blueprints and performance benchmarks
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum standards and industry trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
