Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum algorithm development
- Develop error-correction frameworks to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor designs for specific applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
