Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and computational fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to calibrate and optimize quantum processors for maximum performance
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for testing complex algorithms before hardware deployment
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum-inspired classical computing
- Document technical specifications and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-functional innovation with physics, AI, and cybersecurity teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and quantum error correction

- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis
