Responsibilities

- Present research findings at international conferences (Q2C, IEEE Quantum Week)
- Secure $5M+ in federal and private research funding annually
- Oversee quantum simulation infrastructure and error-correction frameworks
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) or superconducting systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering or quantum photonics
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience leading teams of 10+ technical researchers
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
