Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms solving complex computational challenges
- Lead a team of 5-7 quantum physicists and software engineers
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Develop patent-pending quantum solutions for enterprise clients
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences (Q2H)
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL)
- Expertise in quantum error mitigation and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record leading complex R&D projects
- Strong knowledge of Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
