- Secure $5M+ in federal grants and private partnerships for quantum initiatives
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
- Collaborate with Intel, IBM, and D-Wave on hardware integration
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years of quantum research with 2+ in leadership roles
- Published work in top-tier quantum journals (impact factor >15)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research funding
- Patents in quantum error correction or cryptography
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
