Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex computational challenges
- Lead experimental validation of quantum systems in cryogenic environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise architectures
- Publish peer-reviewed research and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
