Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims using advanced error-correction techniques
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for near-term quantum advantage
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and qubit stability
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Secure research partnerships with leading academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, topological computing, and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Experience with NISQ-era quantum processors and quantum cloud platforms
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational complexity
- Track record of securing research grants or industry partnerships
