Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance on proprietary processors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams on quantum principles

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with quantum focus
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience with peer-reviewed publications
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit Aer, PennyLane)
