Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms optimized for near-term hardware constraints
- Lead experimental validation of quantum advantage in real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise scalability
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate quantum concepts into commercial solutions
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in quantum annealing or superconducting qubit manipulation
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
