Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to overcome decoherence challenges
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuits for scalable architectures
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantum field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience

- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
