Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to advance quantum coherence and scalability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-secured satellite communications
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Quantum Academy fellowship program
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum entanglement methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (arXiv:quant-ph)
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with low-level system programming capabilities
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
