Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams to solve complex computational challenges using quantum hardware
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum coherence optimization techniques
- Contribute to peer-reviewed publications and patent quantum computing breakthroughs
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software-hardware integration gaps

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probabilistic modeling
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python/C++
- Published research in quantum computing or related high-impact journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
