Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve quantum advantage at scale

- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor PhD researchers and secure NSF/DARPA grants
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks like Qiskit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum programming (Q#, Cirq, or Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
