Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware optimization and error correction
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models

- Secure research grants and patents for proprietary quantum innovations

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science or high-performance computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit simulation tools
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding through grants or corporate partnerships
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
