Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

- Mentor PhD candidates and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF grant funding

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Expertise in Python/C++ for quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in tensor network algorithms and error correction techniques
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
