Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences
- Lead experimental validation of quantum protocols using superconducting qubit platforms
- Develop error-correction techniques to advance quantum coherence times
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing patent portfolios
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
