Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning

- Develop error-correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit compilation
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies and IP
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and lead cross-functional quantum projects
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information science
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational theory
- Track record of securing research grants or industry funding
