Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization problems
- Develop error correction protocols to stabilize qubit coherence beyond 2026 requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum methodologies
- Advise government and enterprise clients on quantum security roadmaps
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Security clearance eligibility for government-contracted projects
