Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes at cryogenic temperatures

- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Secure and manage research funding through government grants and corporate partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of published research in quantum information science
- Familiarity with superconducting qubit and ion trap technologies
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and statistical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to tackle abstract theoretical challenges
