Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptographic applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in quantum hardware-software integration

- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Patent novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
