Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical industry applications
- Lead prototyping of quantum hardware systems in cryogenic environments
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical models
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics principles
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Partner with government agencies on quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks

- Proficiency in low-level hardware control (cryogenics, microwave engineering)
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
