Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and complex systems
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Proven ability to lead complex multi-disciplinary research projects
