Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Optimize quantum circuit performance through error correction and noise mitigation techniques
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
