Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for next-gen qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE/ACM conferences
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA research grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum computing research (IBM/Google experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs

- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms
