Our team operates at the intersection of theoretical physics and practical application, with a mandate to deliver commercializable quantum solutions within 18 months.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction codes for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical infrastructure
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent innovations in quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processor architectures
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology symposia
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information science methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and noise mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
