Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum communication protocols and hybrid computing architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Develop optimization algorithms for quantum machine learning applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum networks with 99.999% uptime SLAs
- Research and prototype next-gen quantum sensors for industrial deployment
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe infrastructure integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum information theory
- Proven track record in building distributed quantum systems
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD)
