- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and adhere to sales targets.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to escalate complex issues effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must reside in North Carolina.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided).
