Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must reside in Florida or Memphis, TN (or be willing to relocate).
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear phone voice.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
