Your Role
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our brand. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Answer product and service questions, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and process orders.
- Document detailed information regarding customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call handling times and quality scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate web browsers.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be willing to work scheduled shifts (including evenings/weekends).
