As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service from the comfort of their own homes. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM software.
- Provide accurate information regarding billing, technical support, and account status.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
