Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Document all customer interactions, account details, and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policy changes, and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business volume.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
