Responsibilities

- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions within the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards for every interaction.
- Adaptability: Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
- Internet & Device: Must have a high-speed internet connection and a stable computer/laptop.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent grammar.
- Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Time Management: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Location Eligibility: Must reside in the United States (specifically San Jose, CA or Florida preferred).
