Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently within chat protocols.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional, and friendly communication.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Adhere to company guidelines regarding tone, style, and response time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically on the spot.
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
