Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support via live chat for software/technical inquiries
- Document cases in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and knowledge updates
- Monitor multiple chat queues while maintaining SLA response times
- Identify trends and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (chat support a plus)
- Typing speed: 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
