Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 30 seconds
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues using CRM tools
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims with 99% accuracy
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining PCI compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex escalations
- Meet KPIs: 85+ CSAT score, <3 handle time, and <1% error rate
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and product update trainings
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear articulation
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with basic computer proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Available to work evenings/weekends (rotating schedule)
