- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product/service offerings
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on client needs
