- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and navigating computer applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
