Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and communicate product improvement opportunities to the management team.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center setting.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
