Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to meet team targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure comprehensive customer solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
