- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by utilizing available resources and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to improve service delivery.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve sales and satisfaction goals.
- Maintain a professional, distraction-free home office environment that meets our technical and noise-level requirements.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards during every call.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or support environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software (training provided).
