Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Adhere to all call center scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must reside in Houston, Texas, and have a dedicated home workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a noise-free environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
