Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM software and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve service delivery
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions
- Adhere to HIPAA/PCI compliance standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Strong typing (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Quiet home office with reliable internet (25+ Mbps)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
- Background check and drug screen required
