Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers across the Florida region and nationwide.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and back-office support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
