Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and visual merchandising displays.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Security: Adhere to all company policies regarding loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling; strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation and punctual attendance record.
