Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Execute sales strategies to meet/exceed weekly and monthly targets
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store visual standards and cleanliness
- Participate in weekend promotions and seasonal merchandising campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience required
- Proven ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license for occasional inventory pickups
