Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide product recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stockroom organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Clean store areas, including shelves and restrooms, to maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, motivated work ethic.
